• The Package is available to students applying for Australian institutions through MyMate Australia.
• Visa fee waivers and benefits are available only upon full payment of the Ultimate Service Package fee.
• MyMate Australia reserves the right to verify academic and financial eligibility before proceeding.

• Any additional charges imposed by universities, government agencies, or third-party service providers not mentioned above are the student's responsibility.
• MyMate Australia is not responsible for visa refusals, delays, or changes in Australian Government immigration policies.

• MyMate Australia acts as a facilitator between students, educational institutions, and service providers.
• While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and timely processing, MyMate Australia shall not be liable for any losses arising from third-party errors, delays, or policy changes.
• Visa approval remains solely at the discretion of the Australian Department of Home Affairs.
